We are the Brim Dental clinic
Behind every smile there is careful thinking. We built this clinic around the idea that a patient who understands what is being done is less afraid — and gets better results.

Treatment is built around what each patient actually needs, not a standard protocol. At the first consultation we go through what can be done, in what order, how long it takes and what it costs — before anything starts.
We treat adults and children. With children, how you explain what is about to happen matters as much as the treatment itself; a child who has been told stays calm.
We also see patients from abroad, with treatment planned around the time they are in Bucharest.

The team
Your treatment stays with the same team from the first consultation to the final result. You are not handed between dentists between stages.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often. If yours is not here, write to us — we reply within 24 hours.
Send a messageWhat is a dental implant and how does it work?
A dental implant is a titanium post placed in the jawbone, taking over the role of the natural root. The visible crown is fixed on top. Unlike a conventional bridge, it does not require grinding down the neighbouring teeth.
Is there an age or health restriction for implants?
There is no age limit. Assessment is individual and looks at bone volume and quality, gum health and general medical conditions. Where bone is insufficient, grafting can be done before the implant.
Can I straighten my teeth without traditional braces?
Spark clear aligners are removable and made from your own impressions. The alternative is ceramic braces with tooth-coloured brackets — fixed, but far more discreet than metal. For mild cases there are also faster, low-force orthodontic options.
What materials are used for veneers and crowns?
Ceramic is matched to the shape and shade of your natural teeth. Zirconia is a much stronger ceramic, used mainly for crowns and bridges, with a translucent white close to a real tooth. For chipped or decayed teeth, dental composites are used.
Can I have dental treatment during pregnancy?
Yes, necessary treatment can be carried out with appropriate precautions and after discussing it with your obstetrician. Elective treatment is postponed. Hormonal changes make gums more sensitive to plaque, and pregnancy gingivitis is common — all the more reason to keep up hygiene.
What is periodontitis and how is it treated?
It is inflammation of the tissues supporting the tooth and, untreated, it costs you teeth that are otherwise healthy. Treatment combines rigorous oral hygiene with professional scaling, and further intervention in advanced cases.

I was there with my 4.5-year-old boy. Dr. Toma is very friendly, she won him over by describing each step and he was very well behaved. She put in 2 fillings in one sitting.
