What personal data we process

• Medical information: symptoms, previous conditions, test results and medication taken in the past, treatment prescribed or administered, and medical recommendations.

How long your data is stored

The personal data you provide will be processed for the duration of our contractual relationship with you and, afterwards, for a reasonable period that will not be shorter than the general limitation period.

Your rights and how to exercise them

• Right of access. You may obtain access to the data we process or control about you, or receive copies of it. You are also entitled to receive information from us about the nature of that data, how it is processed and to whom it is disclosed.
• Right to rectification. You have the right to have any inaccuracies in the data we process or control about you corrected.
• Right to erasure. You have the right to request the erasure of the data we process or control about you, in accordance with applicable law.
• Right to data portability. You have the right to request that the data you provided to us be transferred to another controller.
• Right to object. Where the processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to how we handle, use or store it. If you object, we will restrict any further processing until we have assessed whether there are compelling grounds to continue.

The security of your data

Our clinic treats the security of your personal data as a priority and applies rigorous measures to protect it against unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure.

It is important to note that, despite our efforts, no method of transmitting or electronically storing data is completely secure. We nonetheless commit the resources needed to minimise the risks and protect your personal information to the highest degree possible.

If you discover or suspect a security incident involving your personal data, please tell us immediately so that we can investigate and remedy the situation.

From time to time we may ask you to confirm that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
